I love to craft and find great joy in knitting, sewing, spinning, weaving, and most of all in paper crafting. I make all of my gift cards, greeting cards, tags, bookmarks, and many 3D projects - there is something special about seeing a recipient smile as they open a card you have spent time on . 

I live by the Bow river in Cochrane, Alberta hence the name of my blog 'Craftsbythe Bow'. I moved here with my family from the UK 15 years ago and love being by the mountains and the river.
I am a qualified teacher and run a Preschool in Town which is my absolute passion; we do lots of crafts in school and I hope to instill in the children a love of crafting and creating!
